  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders must be placed by 3:00 PM GMT to be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Handling Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your DHL tracking number.

UK Shipping

  • Next-Day Delivery: We provide an expedited next-day delivery service via DHL. The typical transit time is 1-2 business day after dispatch.
  • Free UK Delivery: We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all UK orders with a total value of £1500 or more.

International Shipping

We proudly ship to customers all over the world using DHL's expedited international service.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For all orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom, the recipient is responsible for any and all import duties, VAT, or customs fees levied by the destination country. Multiple Networks have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. These fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost, and we are not responsible for them. We strongly advise contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
